Realtors has made a rating of the cheapest and most expensive areas of Moscow

The difference between the cheapest and most expensive district of price per square meter is more than RUB 1 million, and average value of the lot — about 140 million rubles.

In the first quarter of 2017, Plaza was the most accessible area of Moscow cost of new housing. The average price of 1 sq. m here is to 92.9 thousand rubles, and the average value of the lot — 4.5 million rubles. the Most expensive area called Arbat: 1 square meter here costs 1,119 million rubles, and the apartment — about 145,1 mln. The top three most affordable Moscow districts also included Nekrasovka and North, where 1 sq m is estimated at 97.6 thousand rubles and 104.1 thousand RUB, and the finished apartment in new building — 5.6 mln and 5.9 mln., respectively. The last line of the rating took the Novokosino district with a price tag 135,7 thousand RUB for 1 sq. m. and 6.8 million RUB over the whole lot. Six of the ten districts rating located outside the MKAD, in most of them there is no subway stations.

In second place in the list of the most expensive areas of the capital were Khamovniki: 1 square meter here costs an average of 892,8 thousand rubles, and the apartment is about of 144.7 million rubles. took Third place in the Yakimanka district with the cost of 1 sq. m 669,3 thousand RUB, and the whole of the apartment — 78,2 mln, according to the materials of Est-a-Tet. Last place went to the Ramenki district, where the average cost of 1 sq m is 400,2 thousand rubles., and the whole lot — 40.6 million RUB Eight of the ten districts included in the rating are within the boundaries of the Central administrative district.
